At Cult Beauty I established the UX function in the business and co-piloted change to a product-led way of working.
My role evolved into product management, responsible for delivering our proprietary back-office platform and owning the storefront roadmap. I also represented Tech and Customer Experience to the senior management team and drove the strategy behind our Tech roadmap.

I brought UX design and content strategy in-house at FFX.
Working with the CTO, COO and Merchandising Director we delivered the highest-grossing annual product showcase event to date, a revitalised e-com storefront with huge improvements to key performance metrics, and a digital content and marketing strategy that brought in multiple £ms annually.
About me
Based out of a tranquil converted farm cottage in Argyll & Bute Scotland, I can usually be found tearing apart and rebuilding cars in my self-built garage, hiking the hills with my dogs or tackling another overambitious construction project.
Nothing gets me more excited than building something new, so I always have multiple side projects keeping me busy.
I bring passion, enthusiasm and an innate problem-solving ability to everything I work on and always champion friends and colleagues, pushing them to achieve their maximum potential.
